All processed foods sold to the public must be made in a permitted commercial kitchen. This database lists some of the provincially permitted commercial kitchens in Alberta.

Pricing Principles Workshop

Alberta Agriculture and Forestry is offering two one day workshops Pricing Principles - Moving to Retail. These seminars will be held January 18, 2018 in Airdrie and January 30, 2018 in Grande Prairie. If you are planning on selling to retail this workshop is for you.
