| Clifford Stacey labored to develop every aspect of the Peace River region agricultural community. As technical officer and later superintendent of the Beaverlodge Experimental Farm, he advised northern farmers on increasing yields, erosion prevention and introduction of forage crops. Mr. Stacey also supported the Peace River area's historical , environmental and cultural concerns, and served several agrology organizations. He was made honorary member of the Canadian Seed Growers Association in 1966.
