Ross, Winifred - 1974 Hall of Fame Inductee | |

| Mrs. Winifred Ross entered community service with the United Farm Women's Organization, which she served for 24 years. Her main concerns were raising the standards of rural schooling, and promoting rural adult education. Mrs. Ross aided agricultural, family welfare and health organizations, and for years counseled the Board of Industrial Relations on rural matters. She served for six years on the University of Alberta Board of Governors, and was active in both the Alberta and Canadian Federations of Agriculture.
