| As mentioned on yesterday’s program, one of the exhibits at the new Royal Alberta Museum features Call of the Land. My predecessor, Jack Howell, who did Call of the Land for 38 years, features prominently in the exhibit, and I had a chance to speak with him about his involvement and what he thinks about Call of the Land being in the museum.
Interview with Jack Howell (2:02 minutes) (960 Kb)
And a fitting time to have Call of the Land honoured this way, the program has just celebrated its 65th anniversary.
And a reminder you can listen to Call of the Land and check out coming events on your mobile device using the Call of the Land App. It’s available for free from iTunes and Google Play.
