Suite D is approximately 5,500 sq ft with private cooler / freezer compartments, a production office and separate equipment wash-up area. The central processing area contains a state-of-the-art dual spiral Stork oven with uniform airflow and versatile temperature / humidity controls. A spiral freezer is also located in this suite. Oven and freezer throughput capacities will exceed 1000 kg / hr.

In special circumstances, Suite D could be co-joined with Suite C to offer approximately 11,000 sq. ft. of processing space with private coolers and freezers. (See Suite C description)

Services provided are:

  • power (400amp / 600volts) - separately metered
  • water for processing, water for cleanup @ 82o - cold water separately metered
  • steam (100psi)
  • compressed air (100psi)
  • centralized sanitation and cleaning
