Agrivalue Processing Business Incubator: Suite C

Suite C is an open area of approximately 5,500 sq ft to be fitted out based on tenant needs. A cooler / freezer pad has been roughed as a possible separate room.

On build out, this suite will include a production office, separate equipment wash area and a small equipment storage room.

In special circumstances, Suite C could be co-joined with Suite D to offer approximately 11,000 sq. ft. of processing space with private coolers and freezers. (See Suite D description)

Services provided are:

• power (400amp / 600volts) - separately metered
• water for processing, water for cleanup @ 82^o - cold water separately metered
• steam (100psi)
• compressed air (100psi)
• centralized sanitation and cleaning
