There is significant content overlap between Field Crop Production courses and Irrigated Field Crop Production courses. Therefore students can earn credits in either:

* Land Operations and Planting 33 * (Field Crop – X) or Irrigated Field and Crop Preparation 33 (Irrigated Field Crop – X)

** Harvesting Operations 33 (Field Crop – Y) OR Field Crop and Forage Harvesting 33 (Irrigated Field Crop – Y)

Please Note:

Green Certificate Courses are not sequential or developmental.
o Students can attempt them in any order (within a specialization) so that their training coincides with the seasonal tasks on the Farm/Training site.

Each Green Certificate course is a 33-level course and all credits earned in Green Certificate courses count towards Grade 12 graduation requirements.

AGR 3000 (1 credit) is a Pre-requisite of all Green Certificate specializations.
o It is the school’s responsibility to provide this course to the Green Certificate student.
