Canadian Food Loss and Waste Case Study Series (2017)

Alberta Agriculture and Forestry and Provision Coalition partnered with two bakeries in Alberta - Byblos Bakery and Calgary Italian Bakery Ltd. - on a food and resource conservation initiative to explore the opportunities on prevention of food loss and waste, as well as related utility consumption, within their operations.
