A person must obtain a licence under the Alberta Vegetable Growers (Processing) Production and Marketing Regulation to operate as a vegetable processor.
A person may apply to the Alberta Vegetable Growers (Processing) Board for a licence to operate as a processor.
A person may apply for a producer licence and a processor licence.
