A person, other than a producer marketing their own barley, who purchases or acquires barley from a producer and carries on the business of a dealer in barley must be licensed as a dealer under the Alberta Barley Commission Regulation.
A person may apply to the Alberta Barley Commission for a licence to operate as a dealer.
