This Act pertains to two distinct matters relating to fencing issues on property boundaries.
The first section prescribes certain specifications to be taken in the erection of wire fences across trails that have been in constant use by the public for a period of 3 months immediately before the erection of the fence. The remainder of the Act applies to erection, maintenance, and repair of line or boundary fences that are designed to keep the livestock of an owner or occupier out of the adjoining land of another owner or occupier.
