Succession is one of the biggest challenges many intergenerational family farm operators face. It can get complicated, there can be confusion and differing expectations, so it’s critical that all involved have a clear, agreed upon plan that maps out how succession will occur. Annessa Good is co-presenting a unique one-day interactive seminar with her father Merle Good, on how their family has worked through the process of Annessa coming back to join the family farm. I asked her some keys to being successful.
