 The Irrigation District Web Infrastructure Management System (IDWIMS) is a required business application for irrigation infrastructure asset management and funding in Alberta. It is a mapping and database management system that provides all 13 irrigation districts and government with access, update and reporting functionality associated with infrastructure construction types, condition and replacement costs.
