    This newly revised manual is for farm owners, managers, and supervisors who are hiring, training or otherwise orientating young workers on their farm or ranch operation. This manual is appropriate for the consideration of all young workers on farms. The manual outlines why training and orientation are important, along with goals, checklists and resources available to farm owners, managers, and supervisors.
