A person, other than a winter wheat producer, who wishes to market or process winter wheat must obtain a licence under the Alberta Winter Wheat Producers Marketing Regulation to operate as a winter wheat dealer.
A person may apply to the Alberta Winter Wheat Producers Commission for a dealer's licence.
