  A person who distributes, imports, exports, or sells turkey poults to a turkey producer must obtain a licence under the Turkey Marketing Regulation to operate as a turkey hatcheryman.

A person may apply to the Alberta Turkey Producers for a licence to operate as a hatcheryman.
