A person who purchases or acquires canola from a producer and carries on the business of a dealer in canola must be licenced as a dealer in order to engage in the marketing of canola under the Alberta Canola Producers Commission Marketing Regulation.
A person may apply to the Alberta Canola Producers Commission for a licence to operate as a dealer.
