Olds College Centre for Innovation nurtures innovation, learning, applied research and commercialization for Western Canada's agribusiness industry. Fueled by public and private sector investment, Olds College Centre for Innovation is strengthening the industry's innovation capacity and driving diversification.
Olds College Centre for Innovation's research areas are: composting and waste management; environmental microbiology and agronomy; livestock genetics, nutrition and management; natural fibre centre; and new products from crops and bioprocessing. Its facilities include a research centre, a research greenhouse, various laboratories, the Olds College Farm, bioprocessing facilities, and composting technology facilities. |
