Program Details
 
 
  This program supports the growth of individual processors by sharing the risk of entering new markets or introducing new products. It is in partnership between the Alberta Food Processors Association (AFPA) and Alberta Agriculture and Food.

The financial assistance program is designed to support growth of individual processors in sharing the risks of introducing new product or in entering new markets, in general, on-going activities will not be supported!

Grants are normally made on a 50:50 cost-shared basis (for AFPA Members), up to a maximum of $15,000 for domestic markets and $25,000 for the U.S. market - to a maximum of $25,000 being granted to any one company in any one fiscal year (April 1 - March 31).
