This program is funded by energy company levies paid to the Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) and allows a rural landowner an opportunity to have their water source, which they believe damaged by energy related activities, to be considered for repair or replacement costs.
The application is available as a fillable PDF document - 1.5MB. This application can be completed on-line and printed off.
