These noon hour brown bag sessions are available through Alberta Community Futures locations on video conference. In the first session, you’ll learn what it means to be market focused and investigate the step by step development of a farm direct business. The second sessions looks at how to access the foodservice market, identifies what products chefs are looking for and the service you need to provide.
