 Insect forecast maps for bertha armyworm, cabbage seedpod weevil, pea leaf weevil and grasshopper are now available on Alberta Agriculture’s website. Scott Meers, insect management specialist with Alberta Agriculture, says for grasshoppers apart for some areas that were dry in southern Alberta this past year, the forecast isn’t looking too bad at all.
