 The Country of Origin Labeling issue with the United States won’t be over quickly, despite an announcement earlier this month that Canada requested the World Trade Organization to create a Dispute Settlement Panel. John Masswohl, director of Government and International Relations with the Canadian Cattlemen’s Association, says the WTO process will be lengthy, adding he expects the panel to be established by the end of November.
