| | Harvest is underway and many producers are noticing higher weed populations in the fields due to late weed germination. Spraying weeds this year did not give the usual good results due to problems in timing. I spoke with Harry Brook, crop specialist at the Ag-Info Centre, about fall weed control. Harry, given the growing season we had this year, do a lot of producers have a weed problem this fall?
.
Interview with Harry Brook (3:22 minutes) (811 Kb)
Brook says regardless of the problem weeds you have, you need to pick the right time to apply the right product to get the best control results. For more information, call the Ag-Info Centre at 310-FARM.
