Donna Henuset of CFO4Hire will be the presenter at the Track and Measure for Improved Performance webinar on February 9, 2016, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. MT.

“Donna will present the top five reasons every business should measure performance regardless of the size and the benefits performance management creates,” says Karen Goad, farm direct marketing specialist, Alberta Agriculture and Forestry, Grande Prairie. “Not everyone is driven by the same thing. Learn where to start, what to measure, how to measure and look for the effects on your performance. Make a plan and be prepared to follow through. Come away with tools and techniques to increase your performance.”

In this webinar, Donna Henuset will discuss the top five benefits of business performance management planning, says Goad. “Discover where your planning process may be failing you and learn how to increase profits, productivity and customer satisfaction by following a defined planning process.”

To register for this webinar, go to Webex. There is no cost. When registering, change the time zone to Denver (Mountain Daylight Time) as there isn’t a choice for Alberta. It should default to Denver for future registrations.
