| | The Excel/Word/PDF files posted here are files that were collected and developed for gas distributors, by an O&M Templates Task force from rural gas distributors . The use of these templates is not mandatory they are made available as a tool to aid gas Distributors in planning, organizing, tracking and documenting their activities as they relate to the new Integrity Management Plan requirements as identified in Clause 10 & 12 of CSA Z662 and Alberta ERCB Pipeline regulations.
In the first file listed, a planning and tracking spreadsheet (A01-4 Master O & M Schedule) normal tasks are listed on monthly/annual etc. sheets, dependant on frequency of task. Hot-links have been developed under the tasks in this spreadsheet that will automatically take you to the spreadsheet listed, provided that you have the appropriate files all stored in one folder on your system. This is accomplished most easily by downloading the zip file listed below. If you are not able to download this zip file please contact Bruce Partington - 780-427-0111 and arrange to have a disk containing these files forwarded to you.
