To date very little Canadian specific data exists on the value and make-up of the organic and natural food markets. The purpose of this report is to benchmark these markets by defining the composition and value. The report also looks at general consumer trends in North America that influence the organic and natural markets.
Current and potential growers, retailers and others in the agri-food industry can use this information for business planning and decision-making. Those in or considering the organic industry can use this information for planning.
