The workshop focuses on swine production and breeding issues. Speakers are mostly from Alberta but also come from throughout other parts of Canada and the United States. The sessions address current production and breeding topics important to the Alberta pork industry.

Who Should Attend?
Owners/operators, stock people and farm managers as well as industry personnel who provide services and products related to the swine industry. The workshop provides a venue for the Western Canadian Swine industry to come together and share ideas. This one-and-a-half day program is accompanied by a trade show.

When and Where is it Held?
Each year in October this workshop is held at the Harvest Centre (on the Westerner Park Grounds ) in Red Deer. Information on upcoming conferences will be posted on our Coming Events site as details become available.
