Fourth Year Lease Option:
The lease agreement may be extended for a fourth (4th) year. Lease rates for the fourth year lease option will be 125% of the base rate.

Equipment Loan Agreement
One condiment suite (suite H) and one meat suite (suite D), will have some processing equipment installed. Equipment lease rate based upon 20 year straight line depreciation and factored into lease rate for suite.
Other selected equipment available on site may be leased to tenants on an as needed basis. Cost will be based on 4-5% of the capital cost/month. |
