Client initially reviews and establishes acceptance to Incubator selection criteria and tours facility for suitability of processing suite layout
Client applies to Incubator manager for tenancy in Incubator
Incubator Manager informs the Business Support Services group who conducts due diligence on the Client company and reports back to Incubator manager with a recommendation
Incubator manager calls a meeting of the Tenant Selection Committee where a decision is made on accepting the client into the Incubator
If accepted, the Inventory manager has the legal lease and service contracts prepared for review and signing with client
Client is informed of acceptance and work is begun on equipment & process layout, suite fit-ups, HACCP preparation etc.
