Principally designed for meat processing, Suite A is an approximate 5,500 sq. ft. processing area with fully racked private coolers / freezers for raw ingredients and processed goods. Individual processing compartments within the suite are designed for thermal or chilled processing, packaging and boxing.

This suite includes a production office, separate equipment wash area and a small equipment storage room.

Services provided are:

  • power (400amp / 600volts) - separately metered
  • water for processing, water for cleanup @ 82o - cold water separately metered
  • steam (100psi)
  • compressed air (100psi)
  • centralized sanitation and cleaning
