The production costs shown in this website are budget figures compiled using historical costs of production information and typical yields for the different soil zones. The prices of both the commodities and any inputs that are typically used during production are projections for the upcoming year. Please keep in mind that these figures are "budget" amounts for a typical operation. They should be used as benchmarks rather than what the costs "ought" to be. Since individual operators may experience costs different from those presented in these tables, we suggest that you fill in the individual budget from to fit your own operation.
