The first confirmed equine case of West Nile Virus in 2016 was confirmed on Friday September 2 and the last case was confirmed on October 4th.

* This case was diagnosed in an Alberta horse in Montana.
** This case was diagnosed in March of 2016, as part of a screening for the owner prior to moving the horse home from a location that had 2 horses test positive in 2015.
