| | This software program will allow producers to analyze farmland purchases.
Land Value evaluates the land value of an investment and the investor’s ability to pay for the land.
Limitations:
This program does not work well with pasture and grass land. The underlying data in the crop projections is from the 2003 Alberta crop surveys. The csv file within the program may be modified to reflect other regional data with the existing headings.
