 This software program will help you calculate the least costly option when considering whether to lease, rent or hire custom work of farm capital assets.

BuyLease is a powerful capital budgeting tool to analyze alternative methods of ownership or employing the use of farm capital assets. The program analyzes the least cost of Buying, Leasing, Renting, or Custom Hiring of farm machinery, vehicles, and specialized farm buildings.

This program uses annual cashflows, maximum of 30 year life, Canadian CCA depreciation schedules, and Windows operating system.

Limitations:
This program will not help you analyze the purchase a capital asset. You should use the Finance program.
