| | This Act concerns the regulation of rural gas utilities and low pressure distribution pipelines. Easements, rights of way, construction of government pipelines and the provision of gas services in rural areas through approved franchise areas, and provisions for dealing with takeover and compensation issues by an urban gas utility where any whole or part of a franchise area is annexed by an urban municipality.
