Gas Distribution Act | |

| | This Act provides the authority for the design, construction, operation and maintenance of low pressure gas distribution systems in the province including distribution systems in urban areas and to issue franchise areas approvals to rural gas distributors giving them rights to provide natural gas service in the defined geographic area of the franchise area.
