Farm Implement Act and Regulation

The purpose of this Act is to provide consumer protection for persons who enter into a purchase, lease, lease-purchase agreements, financial lease, or financial lease-purchase agreements in relation to farm implement, equipment, machines, or parts thereof. Dealers and distributors must also be licensed in order to conduct business in farm implements.
