Becoming An Entrepreneur

Creative Options

Creative Options Project Guide - Members learn about the Creative Options project criteria, how to plan and get approval for a Creative Options project, steps to a successful year and why record keeping is an important component to the Creative Options project.

Creative Options Record Book - To be used as a means of charting member's yearly progress in an effort to increase members' awareness of their yearly performance and areas for improvement for the next year. It’s very important that you SAVE a copy of this record book before you begin filling it out or try to print it.  By SAVING a copy first, the Fillable PDF should function properly and print easily. 

Exploring 4-H

Exploring 4-H Leader's Guide - A guide for Leaders as they instruct and mentor members through their year of "Exploring 4-H."

Exploring 4-H Modules - There are over 50 possible modules to choose from and most clubs will be able to complete 6-10 modules per club year. Modules are available in the following areas: Alternative Livestock, Environment, Technology and Trade, Leadership, Life Skills, Livestock and Small Animal projects.

Exploring 4-H Record Book - To be used as a means of charting members' yearly progress to increase their awareness of their yearly performance, and to highlight challenges, difficulties and ideally, identify a project that members will want to pursue in the upcoming club year! It’s very important that you SAVE a copy of this record book before you begin filling it out or try to print it.  By SAVING a copy first, the Fillable PDF should function properly and print easily. 

Members wishing to learn more about all of the possible projects in 4-H will want to work through this project. There are over 60 possible modulesto choose from and most clubs will be able to complete 6-10 modules per club year. Several modules are available in the following areas: Alternative Livestock, Environment, Technology and Trade, Leadership, Life Skills, Livestock and Small Animal projects.
Leadership

Leadership Project Guide - Various planning tools and leadership strategies partnered with great ideas to jazz up your 4-H club are included in this resource.

Leadership Record Book - A record book used to track a member's year in the Leadership project, touching on goals for the year, project budget, mind mapping, session planning and project management. Travel and Exchange

Exchange Project Outline - This project can take three or more years to complete. Members must be 12 years or older to participate in three to four week exchanges that usually take place during July or August. This project is comprised of three units: Unit 1 Hosting - the member hosts a visitor from another province, state or country; Unit 2 Travelling - the member goes on an exchange; Unit 3 Reporting Back- the member prepares presentations and displays on the exchange.
