The Farmers' Advocate Office (FAO) is embarking on a series of 26 energy information sessions, scheduled for the winter and spring of 2009/2010. Session 101 will provide a general overview of the various stages of energy development. Everything from surface title ownership, seismic, survey, initial lease negotiation, the roles of the regulatory agencies, mitigating impacts through the energy facility life cycle and the reclamation process will be covered. |
