My name is Nicole Hornett and I am the Green Certificate Program Assistant. I grew up on Vancouver Island, B.C. and was an active 4-H poultry club member for 10 years. I attended Fairview College in 2000 to become an Animal Health Technologist and then a few years later went to Augustana to finish a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Recently I completed an internship with Alberta Agriculture and Food in the 4-H Branch.

I am looking forward to working with Raelene in developing the Equine Curriculum and Job Placement service. I will also be attending trade shows, writing the newsletter and organizing meetings and conference calls.
