| | Friday’s grand opening of a rhodiola rosea processing plant in Thorsby was exciting for many people, including Dr. Susan Lutz, project lead of the Rhodiola Rosea Commercialization Project with Alberta Agriculture. I spoke with Dr. Lutz at the event to find out what was learned from this process.
