He is chair and co-founder of TriWest Capital Partners Inc., a private equity firm, and previously served as chair and CEO of Burns Food Limited, a food conglomerate that processed and distributed a variety of meat, fruit and vegetable products. Wayne McKnight has more than 33 years of food retail, procurement, and distribution experience under his belt in both domestic and international markets.
