This series of interactive on-line sessions gives producers the opportunity to learn and connect with on-the-ground practitioners and experts. To access previously recorded webinars, visit the Explore Local Resources page.

Pre-registration for these webinars is strongly advised as the WebEx webinar system requires you to answer several questions before joining the webinar. Space is limited to the first 100 participants who join the webinar on the broadcast date and time. You are strongly encouraged to watch the webinar with other participants where possible.

Marketing and Pricing for Farm Direct Profit
This one-day workshop will cover more in-depth pricing strategies, including a hands-on component, as well as merchandising and marketing information for those interested in selling through farm direct marketing channels. The information presented will go beyond what is presented in the earlier "Getting Into..." workshops. Keep checking back for more information.

Getting Into Farmers' Markets
Examination of selling food products at Alberta approved farmers’ markets. Entering this market channel with the right skills can shorten your learning curve and enhance your success.

Edmonton-Area Market Collaborative Meeting
The Edmonton area market collaborative is planning an event to talk about how we can get more customers at our farmers’ markets…and we need your help to move forward!

ALL Edmonton area vendors, board members, market managers, and market stakeholders are invited. Please help us spread the word. If you are a market manager, please forward this email to the vendors at your market.
