- Euthanasia and disposal.
As a small-flock poultry owner you will, at some point, have to end your birds' lives (euthanize them) because of health or welfare, or other issues. It is your responsibility to ensure your birds are euthanized humanely and their carcasses disposed of appropriately.
What is Biosecurity? Everything we do to prevent or reduce the introduction and spread of disease to livestock and poultry. Remember: little things count.
